Bright colors such as red, orange or yellow are said to unleash creativity and encourage active thinking. Does this kind of color therapy really work - we can ask the visitors of the Utena A. and M. Miškini Public Library - we welcome them with bright places to rest. So, We decorated the public library in Utena with soft furniture: colorful sliding soft chairs.
